Finance Business Partner

We are delighted to be working with one of Lancashire's highest growth businesses who are now looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner. This is a newly created role due to internal promotion - and this company should really appeal to someone who is looking to fast-track their career.

Working in a "best in class" finance team, this is a fast paced environment which will provide new challenges each day. This purpose of this role is focussed on added- value reporting, truly partnering with non-finance managers, advising on key decision making and enabling positive business change. This organisation is well positioned to facilitate this role; they are high growth and committed to embracing change and have invested heavily in cutting edge technology.

This is a role which offers staff management responsibility and core aspects of this role will include:

• Developing financial reporting and MI to support improved business performance
• Deliver ad hoc commercial analysis and financial modelling to support product development and business planning activities
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence positive change
• Management of the annual budgeting and re-forecasting process

To be considered for this opportunity you should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, proven capability in a business facing finance role and be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen. As a progressive, high growth business, they are keen to attract an ambitious individual who would see this role as a platform to move upwards within the organisation.
