Senior Technology Finance Analyst

Our client, a high-growth and dynamic organisation, with a growing global footprint, is looking to source a top calibre Senior Technology Finance Analyst to join its talented team, as a result of this international expansion. It's is a role with fantastic exposure to the Senior Leadership team, supporting them and the Director of Technology with decision making.

You will play an instrumental part in challenging current ways of working and improve the financial processes of the Technology team, as well as designing KPIs to capture performance for Senior Management.

Main duties include:
* Building strong working relationships with management team
* Managing and mentoring 1 direct report
* Producing period management accounts (revenue and capex), analysis and commentary and present to Head of Finance
* Leading process and produce the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, also presenting to Senior Management
* Driving development of and produce management information report
* Driving management reporting and budgeting/forecasting of International development centres
* Identifying and implementing improvements to business processes to increase efficiency

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a strong academic record. You must have experience of management accounting, analysis and commentary, as well as budgets and forecasts. Aside from this you will have a proven track record working in a fast-paced environment and delivering a consistently high standard of work.

Aside from a relevant technical and analytical skill set, you must demonstrate exceptional communications and interpersonal skills, due to the highly cross functional nature of the role. You'll be capable of challenging senior stakeholders where necessary, whilst maintaining relationships and trust within the business. You must be a proactive, confident and ambitious individual, looking for an organisation that can support further development and challenges.
