Up to £450 per day (6-12 months)

Partner Financial is working with a global business who is implementing a new ERP system and require additional support in their project team in the form of a Business Analyst / R2R Specialist. 

The ideal person for this role will be an experienced business analyst / process lead with significant experience in process and controls mapping within a large finance function and have strong R2R knowledge. Candidates with experience developing Tax Reporting or knowledge of Tax module implementation are of high interest although not a pre-requisite.

Key Deliverables of the Business Analyst:

• Creating or amending process maps including overlays with financial controls
• Supporting content development for presentations to explain the SAP S/4 solutions to business users
• Documentation on business/finance policies, procedures and templates
• Detailed documentation on roles and responsibilities
• Supporting with workshops with the business; this will include slideware for content, logistics and supporting with delivery of the workshops
• Other ad-hoc documentation and meeting notes

The Ideal Candidate for the Business Analyst role:

• Demonstrable ‘hands on’ experience of producing process maps for Plan to Report business processes
• Demonstrable ‘hand on’ experience of producing process documentation aligned to business roles and responsibilities
• SAP ERP implementation experience
• Service industry experience (inventory is less relevant than services)
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA. Desirable experience of Fiori apps
• Experience of Treasury, Cash Management and Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting processes in SAP
• Experience of using a Business Process Modelling tool (e.g. Blueworks Live)
• Experience of creating slideware content in MS PowerPoint
• Experience in supporting the creation of Policies and Standards.
• Accounting Background
• Experience of Lean Six Sigma methodology (SIPOC, Customer Journey).
• Experience of using SOLMAN
• Available at short notice to start
• In House Cash and BPC SAP modules focused experience
• Business Process Mapping focused
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivating and ability to independently problem solve
