A startup tech business is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager. The Commercial Finance Manager will play a key role alongside the CFO in implementing the commercial finance processes that will underpin all of the key strategic decisions the business makes. This will include the budgeting, forecasting, insightful reporting and business partnering support for all of the key line managers across the organisation.
The Commercial Finance Manager will be seen as a business partner to all the key functions including, Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR and Legal. This individual will be expected to drive performance and engender a culture of accountability across the business. The role will be extremely commercial and will involve a great deal of ad hoc work so it is imperative that this individual has a proactive and resourceful mindset as well as the ability to work autonomously.
Experience working in a startup environment would be beneficial and exposure to the Technology industry would also be preferable.
The ideal profile is a qualified accountant with significant post-qualified experience in FP&A and Commercial Finance.
