Due to rapid expansion and company performance; Howarth Morris are recruiting for a Accounts Assistant (Legal) for a market leading organisation based on the Wirral. This successful company is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has Legal experience in an Accounts Assistant capacity plus has experience settling and reconciling Supplier Accounts in a Legal Practice. .
Responsibilities include:-
To be successful for this position you will need to have worked in a Legal Finance team and possess experience of dealing with high volumes of Supplier statements.

Responsibilities include:-
- Automated and manual Invoice postings on to Ledger
- Settling invoices daily with a payment run & providing suppliers with a remittance
- Dealing with Suppliers Invoices that have not been recovered
- Reconciling Supplier statements
- Ad Hoc tasks as is required of a large finance team
