Group Finance Manager

A global growth consultancy is going through an exciting period of change and is looking for an adaptable and forward thinking Group Finance Manager to take ownership of their global reporting and finance projects.

You will work closely with the Global CFO and management teams to provide advice on the business, financials and decision making.

This isn't business as usual - you will have the opportunity to take ownership of various finance projects including a system implementations.

The business have bags of personality and creative thinking, solutions and ways of working are actively encouraged.

This is a three month contract initially with permanent potential.

The Role

• Reporting to the management team and providing financial advice and help with decision making
• Managing and developing the finance team
• Taking ownership of the monthly management reporting for the group
• Reviewing and managing budgets
• Managing the cash flow and cashflow reporting
• Consolidating accounts
• Implementing a new finance systems
• Managing the audit process
• Working with commercial finance to manage annual forecasts
• Ad hoc projects

The Person

• Fully qualified ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience
• Experience working in audit is helpful
• Project and change management experience
• Inquisitive, curious and proactive
• Immediately available or on short notice
