Real Estate Fund Administrator. Our Client is a pan-European real estate investment firm who represent a number of investors across the globe. They are now looking to take on a Fund Administrator to join their rapidly expanding team. They are very active within the market and are looking for someone proactive and willing to learn and grow with them.

 

The Role involves the following duties;

  • Assisting in setting up new funds and establishing new individual investment mandates.
  • Working with our asset manager to monitor and report on each real estate investment and re-development project.
  • Responsible for quarterly reporting to investors.
  • Preparing and presenting investor reports.
  • Working with the external fund administrator to ensure correct procedure of property acquisitions, board meetings, drawdowns, reporting and compliance.
  • Working with banks on their reporting requirements.
  • Interacting with external accountants and lenders.
  • Establishing SPVs.
  • Appointing professional advisers.
  • KYC on investors.

 

The Person: must have at least 2 years' experience in fund administration or have a reporting background and hold an undergraduate degree in finance or a related field. You must have real estate and/or real estate funds experience and have strong numerical skills. You must have the ability to present with strong presentational skills and have experience in updating and amending Excel cash-flow models. Having a positive and proactive mentality would be desirable to fit in with the dynamic culture of this company.
