I am working with a number of Lloyd’s insurance businesses actively looking for exceptional candidates to bring in as syndicate accountants and corporate accountants.
Clients
My clients are Managing Agents operating within the Lloyd’s market.

Job Summaries
As a syndicate accountant, you will find yourself (with increasing levels of responsibility) being entrusted to look after: -
- Lloyd’s market returns (QMAs, QMBs, QSRs ASRs QADs, AADs, SBFs, Overseas Regulatory Returns, Syndicate tax returns, and more)
- Depending on the role, you may also develop or work within Solvency II and Pillar 3 to ensure full compliance with these.
- Quarterly, monthly, yearly consolidated reports
- General ledger
- Quarterly auditing
- External statutory accounts
- VAT returns
- PSA and RMAR returns
- Understanding and complying with Lloyd’s regulatory requirements maintaining SOX controls
- Trial balance preparations
- IFRS consolidated accounts
