Interim Internal Audit Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Internal Audit Manager to join a large and forward-thinking organisation on a 3-6-month contract.

As an Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Taking full responsibility for delivering business-wide risk based internal audit plan as well as operational, financial, compliance, IT and other audit projects.
• Building and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders along with co-ordinating with other internal and external assurance providers.
• Ensuring full compliance with the approved quality assurance and KPI programme on assigned audits.
• Facilitate and support risk identification process.
• Planning and monitoring the allocated budget as part of the internal audit cost centre.

To be successful in this assignment you will need to be fully ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIA qualified and with proven track record of working in an internal/external and/or assurance advisory role. You will also need:

• Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to handle conflict effectively.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
• High levels of professional integrity, objectivity and confidentiality.
