Finance Business Partner - Kettering- £45k-£50k

This is a truly fantastic opportunity based in Kettering. My client, a highly profitable and growing business are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner.

The Finance Business Partner is very much a business facing finance role and will involve being in regular contact with Senior Management, Functional Heads and Directors for long term decision making, budgeting and acting as the main finance point of contact. You will support your non finance budget holders by advising and training them on any areas related to the budget process and 5 year plan. Other areas of responsibility will include; consolidation of management accounts, including KPI reporting and budget holder reports; oversee the quarterly forecast process; produce the annual budget, including reviewing the business plans and future growth areas; and to work on many exciting projects and have the chance to make a name for yourself to the senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will be an analytical, intelligent, qualified accountant with a strong commercial thought process and able to confidently articulate and understand the wider business. You will have the ability to build rapport in a warm and engaging, approachable but challenging manner.
