Finance Assistant

Your new company
You'll be working for an industry leading, internationally recognised construction company that are involved in several high profile projects across the UK.

Your new role
You'll be working as a Finance Assistant and will be responsible for; maintaining and updating the cashbook, processing cash receipts and payments, creating aged debt reports, banking and allocation of cheques, daily liquidity forecasting, bank reconciliations, expenses, recharges, inter-company transactions and other ad hoc duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need between 2 and 5 years of experience within a similar role ideally within construction or engineering. You'll need to be AAT qualified or a part qualified accountant although other experience will be considered. You'll need to be numerate with excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and an excellent working knowledge of financial systems and Excel.

What you'll get in return
You'll be paid £22,000-£27,000 per annum and will work a 37 hour week. You'll be working for an instantly recognisable, industry leading construction company with a great reputation within their field. You'll be working in a fantastic, recently renovated office space with parking on site.
