Finance Manager

Finance manager role for a well known brand in the Guildford area.

Your new company
You will be joining a well established International organisation in the Guildford area. This company has a number of brands and is continuing to grow its market share within the UK with ambitious plans for 2018/19.

Your new role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be taking on a broad role covering all the financial accounting and month end activities for the UK entity, reporting under local GAAP. In addition you'll be overseeing a remote transactional team, oversee VAT/Tax reporting and lead the Audit at year end (ensuring compliance with SOX). Whilst not a major element to the role, you'll also support the budgeting and forecasting process.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) you should demonstrate extensive experience of financial accounting, reporting and strong IT skills. Exposure to US GAAP and SOX would be highly advantageous.
