BTG is recruiting an Operational Financial Analyst for a Crewe based organisation.

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for managing the commercial reporting and engagement of internal and external stakeholders, driving the organisational commercialisation.

This role is focused on profit enhancement and efficiencies. You will be tasked with both reporting the information/data across business units, while also interacting on a face to face basis to ensure that you get full business buy in.

The key requirements of the role are:

  • Working with the business and other finance teams to deliver improved management reporting, providing more relevant information to help the business make better decisions.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting occurs, controls are followed and met and acting as the main external audit contact
  • Leading projects with the finance and Commercial functions to implement new processes and procedures

Responsible for delivering an evolving service, looking at the opportunities for improving the finance partnering model and level of internal customer service

Your Profile

Qualified Accounting Professional with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with exposure to project implementation and delivery.

Previous experience having worked in an organisation with robust controls and an effective business partnering model will be an advantage.
