Management Accountant

Reporting to the Finance Manager - Leisure Travel Finance, the Management Accountant - Leisure Travel Finance is responsible for the accounting of costs incurred by Jet2.

In this exciting position our Management Accountant will business partner with key stakeholders, providing support and analysis to help drive and influence future decision making and regularly assist with ad-hoc queries and projects. You will be responsible for the monthly reporting, reforecasting and budgeting of key departments and costs (examples being Flight Deck and Cabin Crew), completion of balance sheet reconciliations and providing detailed variance analysis against budget and forecasts.

Our successful Management Accountant will be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with proven experience of preparing high quality and insightful financial performance reports. You will have excellent communication skills, strong IT skills (MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint), be adaptable, flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment delivering to tight timescales. Any previous finance business partnering experience would be preferable.
