To maximise these opportunities there is now a clear need for a hands on yet commercially astute Finance professional who can capture new ideas, manage projects to fruition and support the  delivery of challenging yet realistic growth plans.

Reporting to and working closely with a resolute Managing Director, your opportunity is to make a real contribution to the development of this business. Happy to be hands on and experienced in the development and implementation of ERP systems, responsibilities will include; the timely preparation of monthly management accounts; the provision of insightful, commercially-focused cost and management information; the rigorous review and enhancement of internal control processes and procedures; the provision of support and guidance to operational managers; cash flow forecasting and treasury management.

A graduate accountant, you will be robust, pragmatic and analytical; resilient, results orientated and prepared to get your hands dirty. Great with numbers, at the same time you will bring a proven commercial value add. Your people and communication skills will be first rate. Some experience of the construction sector whilst not essential, would be an advantage. The rewards for success include the opportunity to progress to Finance Director.
