My client based in North West London are looking to add a Accounts Payable Clerk to their expanding team, you will be joining a large accounts payable team on an on-going temporary basis.
The purpose of the role is to maintain the purchase ledger and ensure payments to clients are made within the company payment policies.
The duties include:
· Creating payment lists
· Making payments via BACS
· Liaise with suppliers and product dealing with queries as they arise
· Create and maintain supplier details
· Processing high volumes of invoices
· Matching and coding invoices
· Dealing with higher value more complex invoices
· Calculating Supplier Discounts
· Supplier Statement Reconciliations
Candidate Specification:
All candidates with experience of working in a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable / Payments / Accounts Admin roles or a role requiring high levels of accurate input are encouraged to apply.
