M&A Lead Advisory executive opportunity within a leading corporate finance boutique in Cheshire. This M&A Lead Advisory executive role offers exposure to a wide range of corporate finance activities including M&A, MBO / MBI, Growth Capital Raising.
The Company for this M&A Lead Advisory executive role:
A highly regarded Advisory boutique with a strong presence in the North West and Yorkshire region. The firms Corporate Finance Advisory team specialises at mid-market level (c.£5m - £50m deal values), handling M&A, MBO / MBI, Growth Capital Raising transactions. The firm also has a separate due diligence offering for buy and sell side transactions as well as forensic and restructuring functions, which offers a well rounded advisory service to their clients.
The M&A Lead Advisory executive role:
Joining the Corporate Finance Advisory team as an Executive you will assist in the management and execution of a wide range of deals and transactions. Working as part of a 15 strong team, your role will be client facing, involving meeting new and existing clients to discuss exit and growth strategies and to support with pitches and presentations.
Specific duties and responsibilities for this M&A Lead Advisory executive will involve:
- Researching and preparing for new deal opportunities and pitches
- Preparation of business plans, information memorandum and financial forecasts
- Researching and approaching potential buyers / sellers for clients
- Financial Modelling of different transaction scenarios to assist with transaction structures
- Acting as a point of contact for Partners and Clients, advising regularly on the progress of projects
- Building relationships with a network of professional intermediaries and contacts.
The Candidate for this M&A Lead Advisory Executive role:
- ACA / ACCA Qualified with first time passes
- Big4Background (within any service line)
- Some knowledge of corporate finance / transaction or forecasting / business planning work (experience not necessary but a strong desire to pursue is key)
