Permanent Commercial Finance Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager with good commercial awareness for an excellent permanent opportunity based in central Oxfordshire. Applicants should be CCAB qualified with significant post qualification experience.
To be considered for this role you will have demonstrable experience of delivering on all aspects of financial control and support in a commercial environment. If successful, you will work closely with the Sales Director for the division, utilising commercial knowledge in building forecasts and budgets that support the organisation's mission and divisional strategies. Another key aspect of this role will be setting appropriate targets for sales incentive plans and reviewing proposed changes to incentive schemes through commercial support and analysis.
Ideally you will be a competent SAP user and have advanced Excel skills. You should be a confident self starter and good communicator to relay complex financial information to non finance colleagues.
