The One Group have a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Professional to come in as a Management Controller for an ever growing manufacturer, based out of Northampton.

Reporting to the CFO and Site Director, the Management Controller will be responsible for the delivery of the numbers for this site and a proportion of the wholesale activity. This Management Controller position is a key role, where you will provide robust financial and operational management information, to identify process improvement and ensure a good level of financial control.

As a Management Controller you will be responsible for; Analysis of the P&L and Balance Sheet with Gap analysis against budget, forecasts and historical date. Presentation of two main reporting packs (weekly, monthly) covering sales, stocks, orders, productions and aged third parties and you will manage a junior member of the team.

The ideal candidate for this Management Controller role, will be either qualified or studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). You will have a proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment and will be a strong communicator who is able to liaise with colleagues across all levels of the business.
