Frazer John Recruitment Finance is partnering a portfolio management organisation who have acquired a chain of retail outlets across the Midlands, which with new investment are looking to drive value add across the business to realise the best investment potential.
The Finance Director will be focused on strategic guidance in line with the management company short and medium term objectives. Developing sound financial and internal processes and procedures to facilitate realistic achievable growth. Help design the systems across the business that are best in breed.
This will require a Midlands based, qualified accountant, ideally with a strong audit background, and have experience of working in a SME environment focused on the retail sector. Acquisition and disposal experience is essential for this highly entrepreneurial environment.
This role is located in Leicester.
