Exciting Payroll/Administration Manager vacancy for an industry leading company

Your new company
Is an industry leading services company experiencing rapid growth (25-28% in the past few years)

Your new role
Main Priority will be Payroll:

  • - Using the Sage Payroll System
  • - Updating Time Sheets
  • - Checking I on new starters
  • - Disclosure Barring Services applications
  • - Keeping records of employees personal details up to date

The role will also include administrative support but not be limited to:

  • - Answering the telephone
  • - Responding to emails
  • - Recording and placing orders with suppliers
  • - Invoices out to clients


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will have to have experience in the above tasks to be able to hit the ground running. As well as this, you will need to have a strong personality with a firm business mindset as you will be liaising with operations directors.
