Orleans House are working with a well-known luxury retail brand to find a talented Purchase ledger Supervisor to join their team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you'll be in an important role in this prestigious company.
You'll be technically strong, experienced in finance, and used to working in medium-sized businesses - a retail background is essential.
Your key responsibilities:
- Follow, maintain and improve financial stock control, procedures and invoice processing
- Stock valuation, accounting and period end reconciliations
- Establish and maintain exemplary relationships and buy in with all key stakeholders
- Supervise, motivate and develop a team of 4 Purchase Ledger Assistants, ensuring KPI and targets are met
- Manage complex supplier queries
- Take control of key supplier accounts when required
- Prepare and review of weekly payment runs
