I am currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Manager role based in Chiswick. They are a growing retail company with stores across the UK, so looking for someone to come on board and hit the ground running.
The roles and responsibilities include:
- Managing the AP process from start to finish
- Checking and authorising invoices on SAP
- Managing three direct reports and 15 indirect
- Approving payment runs
- Reviewing KPIs across the business
- Revolving any issues on the general ledger
- Running month end and year end reports
- Liaising with other departments
The successful candidate should:
- Have experience using Open Acounts
- Be immediately available
- Have an interest or prior roles within the retail industry
- Be committed to the temporary nature of the role
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
The successful candidate will start in this position immediately.
