About the role

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant to join our Employee Benefits Business on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract based in London.

The role:

• Production of the monthly forecast review pack and the monthly management pack
• Calculation and processing of the Deferred Income, Work In Progress, accruals, prepayments and intercompany
• Reconciliation of deferred income and Work in Progress
• Compile file of in month revenue and chase consultants on their billings
• Answer adhoc queries from consultants on their billings
• Update Sharepoint with in month revenue
• Add new clients on Sharepoint
• Reconciliation of monthly payroll
• Production of in month cost analysis and understand variances against forecast
• Update of the forecast in Axiom and explanations of the variances
• Produce and send the vacancy analysis to the business for confirmation of vacancy deferrals and joiner dates
• Upload of exam pay increases in Desktop
• Calculate and process overtime in Desktop

Skills & Experience:

Studying AAT or Qualified
Good management accounts experience
Strong excel skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in SAP
