Head of BI and FP&A – Global Digital Business

Eton Bridge Partners is working in exclusive partnership with a well-known digital business to appoint a Head of Business Intelligence and FP&A to based at their Berkshire headquarters. Reporting into the CFO, we are seeking a high potential and qualified finance professional with strong BI experience, who will influence and lead their BI and FP&A operations globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of BI best practice across group, using data to shape the strategic and commercial direction of the business
• Drive implementation and utilisation of Cognos globally
• Develop a robust planning and forecasting process, to provide consolidated view of business performance by country, region, sector, client
• Provide insight/analysis into financial trends and partner with CFO and C-suite to drive informed business decisions  
• Create presentations for C-suite and board meetings
• Manage BI team who support global business

Candidate profile:

• Educated degree level finance professional (CIMA or ACA) qualified
• Strong international BI and FP&A experience
• Cognos/Tableu experience (required)
• Excellent team management and interpersonal skills
• Digital/Ecommerce sector experience (desirable)
• Naturally curious and inquisitive

Package: £85,000 to £100,000 base salary plus highly competitive package and bonus
