Tax Accountant

Tax Accountant - Norwich - Permanent

Your new company
Our client based on the outskirts of Norwich who are a well-known and reputable service provider, are looking for a Tax Accountant to join them on a permanent basis.

Your new role
This is a newly created role is part of an established and busy finance team. As a Tax Accountant, the successful candidates job responsibilities will include:
- Calculation and submission of corporation tax returns.
- Assessment and submission of group relief claims.
- Calculation and submission of VAT returns.
- Calculation of deferred tax balances including the reconciliation and posting of these.

What you'll need to succeed
- Fully Qualified (ACA or CTA with accounting experience).
- Tax compliance background.
- Experience within an accountancy firm.
- Excellent knowledge of tax law and regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Experience of preparing corporation tax computations and returns (including group relief assessments).
- Experience in the production of statutory accounts.
