Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a housing association based in the Manchester area, who are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Role:
- Responsible for all aspects of management accountant
- Preparation the monthly cash flow and capital budget
- Production of the statutory accounts
- Manage a team to charge properties to the loan
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting
- Responsible for year-end accounts work
- Preparing business plan
Person:
- Housing or Property experience is desirable
- Qualified or Part qual accountant is essential
- Holds advanced system skills including Excel
