As a result, a high-profile opportunity exists for a commercially focused Commercial Finance Manager - International Sales (de facto FP&A Manager) – Sales & Revenue to support a key business area.

Working closely with Global FP&A, Commercial Sales & Operations Directors and CEO, you will be responsible for all sales revenue financial leadership: FP&A, contracts management and MI/BI for the international regional Sales P&L. A broad brief includes:

  • Developing business partnering relationships with business owners & customers
  • Drive the review & presentation of MI/BI kpi reporting to key internal customers on business performance with commentary & analysis highlighting risks & opportunities, partnering decision-making
  • Orchestrating & delivering the budgeting process including preparation & presentation of budget financials, sensitivity analysis & meetings with Sales teams, Directors & senior stakeholders
  • Leading the annual forecasts process, monthly tracking & risk mitigation against budget
  • Providing financial input, challenging assumptions to and building Excel financial models to support business cases & monitor progress in achieving financial performance
  • Providing financial analysis to support complex multiple international contract negotiations for new & existing business cases
  • Providing financial MI/BI for the Board & Stakeholder meetings
  • Supporting systems development to impact on sales reporting
  • Competitor analysis for performance measures & pricing
  • Working with the FSSC & reporting team on billing, revenue recognition, accruals, customer contracts

As a qualified accountant with strong financial analysis, Excel modelling and business partnering skills gained within an international environment, you will demonstrate proven experience in a multi-product & international business, exposure to customer contracts and hands on budgeting, forecasting and management reporting expertise. The role demands commercial flair, excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders. The group offers ongoing career development.
