Management Accountant

Management Accountant job based in West Sussex, paying up to £40k

Your new company
You will be working for an innovative global company based in West Sussex, reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager and working within a team of management accountants.

Your new role
Your key responsibilities will include production of monthly management accounts, regulatory reporting, ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and day to day training of the finance assistants. You will also support the production of the statutory accounts, being a key point of contact during the audit process. Additionally, you will support the implementation of a new accounting system and a strong and effective control environment with a specific emphasis on improving month end close and accounting.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACMA, ACCA or ACA) or part-qualified, or qualified by experience, with management accounting experience gained within a large company environment. You will have previous experience of reconciliations and investigating discrepancies. Experience of SAP would be beneficial.
