Interim Financial Accountant

Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, our client is an instantly recognisable company looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join their team on an Interim basis for a period of 12 months.

Our client is a well known company operating on a global stage, this role is a critical bridge between Shared Services and Group senior management.

This job would suit an ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified Accountant with a strong technical background ideally Practice trained

It is essential the candidate has strong Financial Accounting and Audit experience ideally gained from working with International corporate sized companies, previous experience of complex Group reporting & Consolidation and IRFS Reporting is essential in this role.

Duties will include:

• Supervise the production of consolidation and group adjustments within IFRS
• Supervise Group Audit within IFRS15
• Maintaining and updating finance policies for IFRS16
• Analysis of balance sheets, complex adjustments and reporting against proforma accounts
• Exceptional experience managing offshore stakeholders
• Technical Statutory Accounting experience
• Carry out detailed investigations, rectify queries and trace root cause issues
• Strong Business Partnering experience
• Excellent communication skills
