Are you looking to join a young and exciting business, which has seen exceptional growth already, but with the best still yet to come?

This is a rounded and hands on role, where you will initially be doing all aspects of the accounts with a view to recruiting your own team going forwards. However you will also take on responsibility for a lot of the operational aspects of the business, managing multiple staff to enable the Directors to focus on further business development.

You will in effect be acting as the Managing Director when the other directors are not present and be seen as the go to person on a day to day basis.

You will have the gravitas to be involved in future funding rounds and be able to work in a business where decisions are made and subsequently implemented at a rapid pace.

First and foremost however, this is an Accounting role, where you will be expected to implement systems and processes and only fully qualified (ACA, CIMA and ACCA) will be considered. We are looking for someone who will help guide the function through growth, propose changes and give business scenarios to aid decision making for the business.

A successful candidate who delivers great value to the business is likely to see this role become a board position in the medium term.
