Tiger Recruitment is looking for a Financial Controller for the business! This Financial Controller would work from the dynamic offices in the West End, with a close-knit, friendly team. The company is a market leader in matching high quality support to top businesses and successful individuals around the world with offices based in London and overseas.

The Financial Controller Role: 

The Financial Controller would report into the CEO, and would be the sole finance person within the business, working alongside external accountants, and business management.

The Financial Controller would need to do all bookkeeping and day to day finance responsibilities including reconciliations of PAYE balance, VAT and bank, providing all year end lead schedules to external accounts, calculating monthly depreciation on fixed assists and calculating accrued and deferred income earnt across financial years. This Financial Controller would also be responsible for implementing annual budgets across the business. As a business that is constantly evolving there would also be a significant input into analysis, strategy, planning, viability and implementation on growth plans and new projects. They would also be required to develop and implement updated processes for the accounts department to ensure efficiency. The role would entail involvement with our international operations.

The Candidate for this Financial Controller Role: 

We are looking for someone ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, with proven experience in a growing company implementing updated processes within the accounts function. They will have 5 years experience within a similar role, and will have experience using Quickbooks.
