CFO

A fast-growing PE-Backed wholesale distribution business is seeking an immediately available, motivated, and energetic CFO with an eye for strategic growth to lead its high-achieving finance team and push the business to the next level.

Based in London, you will be responsible for managing the company's finance function and improving systems, processes and controls, and ensuring the business's comprehensive range of products is sold effectively. You will have a strong track record of providing strategic advice for business growth, and be comfortable advising the CEO and other senior staff. You will be an exceptional communicator, allowing you to work effectively at different levels of the business.

The ideal candidate must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably Chartered, with experience working in PE-Backed environment. You will have proven leadership experience as the financial number one in a wholesale distribution business.
