The main responsibilities include;
Daily posting of office and client payments and receipts;
*Reconciliation and posting of the office & partners credit card statements;
*Client to office transfers;
*Dealing with ledger enquires from staff and clients;
*Processing anticipated disbursements;
*Processing purchase ledger transactions;
*Opening new files and performing conflict checks;
*Dealing with file closures and client questionnaires;
*Dealing with client identification - Anti Money Laundering Checks;
*Assisting with bank reconciliations;
*Taking credit card payments from clients;
*Preparing the staff expenses list;
*Running interest calculations;
*Assisting with the processing of bills and credit notes;
*Maintaining and processing petty cash;
*Preparing supplier payments listing;
*Assisting fee earners with applying for Land Registry Direct searches;
*Assisting with file reviews;
*Assisting with WIP review and reporting;
*Dealing with client residual balances;
*Any other duty that may be requested by the Accounts Manager and the Partners
