SME based in North Manchester looking to recruit Head of Finance


Your new company
I am working exclusively with a not for profit organisation based in North Manchester who are looking to recruit a new head of finance. They are an established organisation with a rich history and play a large role in the local community. Due to internal movements they are looking to recruit a new head of finance.

Your new role
Despite having a large amount of autonomy in the role you will work closely with the CEO in order to drive performance and culture within the company. You will manage and lead a small finance team whilst also looking to improve it's performance. This includes improving processes and controls, implementing new systems and increasing efficiencies within the team. You will also be responsible for management accounting, year-end accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and cash flow management.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) finance leader with a background in an SME environment. You must have worked in an all-round finance position and have the ability to work closely with non-finance colleagues.
