Interim Financial Accountant - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract - up to £40,000


Hays are currently working in partnership with a nationally recognised retail brand. With a shared service centre based in Coventry they have a large and progressive finance team, striving for continuous improvement. With a variety of projects currently underway, this employer of choice are recruiting for a Financial Accountant to assist them with a balance sheet project.

Due to the vast size of this company, their balance sheets are large and complex. Working within the Cost Control department you will be involved in historic balance sheet reconciliations to clean up their ledgers. You will also be involved in departmental reporting, analysis of costs & margins and business partnering with stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the Midlands' top employers within a commercial finance team. With a competitive salary of £40,000 and plenty of opportunities for contract extensions this is a great role to get your foot in the door of a £250 million T/O company.
