Accounts Payable Specialist - German speaker

My client is looking to hire German Speaking Accounts Payable Specialist on a permanent basis. Based in their modern offices in Central London this is a fantastic role reporting into the Head of SSC

**My client will only consider German speaking candidates due to the nature of the role**

Responsibilities:

invoices into AP workflow tool.
with Vendors to switch them to emailing invoices instead of sending hardcopies.
invoices in the AP workflow system and send invoices for approval.
fully approved, post invoices into the ERP system.
of third party supplier payment runs and inter-company payments.
of supplier statements received and comparison to the balance
Vendor statement reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
AP process KPI reports to measure the efficiency of the AP process.

Experience:

. 2-3 years of Accounts Payable related work experience.
to cope with high volume of invoices (processing 500 invoices per month)
in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel is required.
. Strong attention to detail
. Good verbal communication
. Polite telephone manner
. Fluent in English and German
