My client is a global business, and due to rapid growth over the last year is looking to hire a Group Accountant to hold a broad and mixed position, taking responsibility for the group's newly established subsidiary. Job Title: Group Accountant
Package: £60k-£65k + Bonus & Benefits

Qualification Level: ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Responsibilities:
- Ensure core accounting systems are maintained on a regular basis
- Preparing and liaising with the Accountants of AML for accounts drafting, corporation tax computation and their respective submissions. Management accounts are prepared on a quarterly basis for internal reporting only.
- Working closely with the Investment Team to ensure covenants are met as borrowers and lenders and monthly/quarterly waterfall update and pay-outs.
- Developing, monitoring and reviewing robust financial controls as may be required.
- Preparing/Assisting/Reviewing quarterly reporting packs and financials for investors and banks and their respective professional advisers when required.
- Preparing/Assisting/Reviewing drafting of year-end financial statements and liaise with group and company auditors for timely sign off.
- All aspect of receivables and payables management.
- Coordinating with the current Group Financial Controller/Management Accounts for pooled staff and resource planning.
- Assist the Group Financial Controller/Investment team as may be required.

About You:
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Experience working on group consolidations is essential
