As a specialist Management Accountant within the Finance team you will be reporting directly into the Financial Controller assisting the implementation of the financial control systems of investee companies and reporting on the investee company performance. This fast-paced Finance team both encourages collaboration and promotes individual progression.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage and develop performance of direct reports
• Own investee audits in collaboration with the relevant Finance Manager
• Prepare the monthly management accounts, including consolidations and Balance Sheet.
• Preparation of the VAT returns
• Drive effective credit control
• Improving processes and procedures
• Responsible for developing client money procedures and controls
• Ensure tax compliance 

Required Skills:

• A newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Demonstrable track record of improving process and controls
• A Passionate and ambitious individual who thrives from new challenges
• Strong communication skills
• Good MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of SUN accounts (advantageous)
