Management Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join a rapidly growing, private equity backed technology consultancy business. Due to recent Private Equity backing, this business has become the market leader and have set out long term goals to continue their growth via acquisitions. Because of this they are looking bring in a hands-on Management Accountant to join their close-knit team.

In this role you will reporting directly to the Financial Controller and will work alongside the UK finance team. As the business continues to growth you will help shape the finance function and maintain a well-managed Finance function to scale as the business moves into the next phase of its journey.

The Role:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including variance analysis with budget and forecasts
• Assist with the group cash flow management and forecasting
• Business partnering with non-financial professionals
• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
• Billing and payroll
• Revenue reconciliation and analysis.
• Ad hoc queries

The Requirements:

• Be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Previous experience working within a private equity backed business is desirable
• Previous experience of using Netsuite and Salesforce
• Candidates with experience in professional/ business services background preferable

This role will be ideal for an ambitious individual who is able to demonstrate excellent technical ability and able to grow and develop with the business. This is an incredibly hands on role and will require someone who is proactive, resilient and thrives on a challenge.
