Finance Assistant

Working in a small team, you'll be supported by a very experienced Financial Controller, have exposure to all aspects of the Finances. The Company is an international design agency that has iconic legacy - lovely offices / place to work that.

Reconciliation of project costs against project budget

• Sorting received supplier invoices, scanning, coding and distributing for approval
• Administering company credit card statements and expenses
• Coding and posting supplier invoices, credit card statements and expenses into Paprika
• Organising, authorising and entering payment runs on bi-monthly basis
• Maintenance of banking functions, including depositing cheques and weekly bank reconciliations (including foreign currency)
• Management of petty cash on daily basis, chasing up missing receipts, reconciling balance on weekly basis
• Organising foreign currency for overseas trips, collecting corresponding expense forms and reconciling currency advances against completed expense claims
• Collating and drafting sales invoices to ensure project expenses are recharged on a monthly basis
• Responsible for raising monthly sales ledger invoices and review with Finance Manager and Studio Programme Manager
• Cost analysis to ensure to correct coding
• Filling and copying as required
• Management of Accounts email inbox
• Assist with Paprika admin set up and training
