Hays is proud to be partnered with a major Chartered accounting practice in Aberdeen with offices and clients across the UK. This is a small branch based in Aberdeen and specialises in Tax, Audit and Accounts. Given the development of this small practice in the coming years there is a vacancy for an Audit Manager within their team.

Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to join and manage a dynamic team to manage juniors as well as liaise with clients and maintain those relationships during audits. You will also be responsible for developing future relationships with potential clients to assist the development of the business. Further to this, you will manage junior members of your team to critique and manage their skills in order to develop and expand their training. You will also work closely with other teams in the practice such as Accounts and Tax services to utilise and maintain client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to hold a relevant qualification (ICAS, ACCA) and experience within Audit is essential. Th successful applicant will have a passion and outlook for business and will demonstrate commitment in developing technical knowledge whilst using their initiative to deal with a small team and liaise with clients. You will have excellent managerial, team work and organisational skills.
