Account Manager | Practice

Marks Sattin are working with a reputable independent accounts practice based in Huddersfield who are seeking an Accounts Manager to join their team.

This is a forward thinking modern accountancy practice who is looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to help them with their rapidly growing client base.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of up to 12 accountants
• Continuing to deliver excellent client service to new and existing clients
• Reviewing statutory accounts and tax computations from junior members of staff
• Working towards deadlines and budgets
• Working along side the directors for business development opportunities
• Supervising and assisting junior members of staff

Main criteria:

• Someone who is eager to deliver excellent client service
• Extensive experience with SME's
• Previous managerial experience (Ideal but not essential)
• Strong technical ability
• ACA / ACCA or equivalent
