Credit Control Supervisor

A large client of ours based in South Manchester are actively looking for a highly experienced Credit Supervisor/Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

The purpose of the role is to work effectively in a demanding environment, to ensure the smooth day-to-day running's of the department and full management of a team of approximately 8-10 staff through Sales Ledger, Credit Control and Administration.

Duties of the role include: -

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with external customers
• Raise the credit profile by providing guidance and support to internal customers to support company growth
• Autonomously manage your team
• Ensure queries are appropriately managed
• Setting objects and have regular 1-2-1 with team memebers to ensure they are fully supported and managed
• Prioritisation of workload to achieve targets
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to review targets

They are looking for a Credit Controller with strong attention to detail, alongside this, someone who is:

• Worked within a Credit Control role and Credit management/supervisory role
• Pro-active Manager with proven experience gaining results from a large team
• At least 3 years team management experience
• Strong excel knowledge
