Our client, a PE backed financial services business is seeking a commercially orientated senior finance individual. The business has significant tenure in the market and operates in a highly lucrative but niche section.
As a main Board director, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the CEO, leading and managing the finance team As well, you'll take full ownership for all financial and operational affairs across the company, and play an integral part in the future growth of the business as a whole.
The ideal candidate would a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably Chartered, who is highly analytical, a data guru, and has financial/accounting competence. Be an accomplished finance professional with commercial and strategic credentials and evidence of having impacted the direction of the business. Having a background within a Private Equity and/or leveraged environment and within the financial services sector would be ideal. The role would be ideal for someone looking for a step up to #1 in finance in a business.
