SJC are currently working with a national business to recruit a credit controller to join their friendly team in Manchester. Due to recent growth in the business the company are looking to expand their team with an experienced credit controller.
Your duties will include:
* Achieving monthly cash collection targets
* Reducing overdue debt
* Chasing customers by any communication necessary
* Responsible for managing new customer accounts including running credit checks and enforcing credit limits
* Regular assessment of current customers including updating and removing stop procedures
* Communicating with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the credit function
* Managing queries and issuing credit notes & invoices
* Regular reports for senior management
You must have experience in a similar credit control position.
