CFO

A private equity-backed consulting business, growing at c. 25% a year organically and with a global presence, is looking to bring in a CFO, as business partner to the CEO and to help drive profitability, M&A and international growth, with a view to exit in the next three years. Currently at £3m EBITDA, and with a strong reputation in their market, key responsibilities will include; putting in the infrastructure and systems to help support growth; driving analysis of performance by client/ sector/ project to ensure they are maximizing profitability, helping open new international offices and looking at the financial and tax structuring of those, and helping build value looking at corporate development opportunities.

The successful individual will have been CFO in a PE-backed/ leveraged environment with experience in a professional services/ consulting environment and with a drive and ambition to help grow double the size of the business and deliver a successful exit.
