Your new company
Hays are current working with a market leader within the property sector, who due to the growth of the business are looking for a highly capable Accountant to join their finance team in Birmingham.

Your new role
Within your new role you will be a vital member of the completion of monthly reporting. This will include preparing and reviewing management accounts, budget and forecasting, month end analysis and reviewing cash forecasting.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you must be a highly driven and confident individual with the ability of working with a fast paced environment. You must also have strong analytical capabilities, the ability to liaise with key stakeholders, experience with the aforementioned responsibilities of the role and ideally be studying towards an accountancy qualification (ACCA or CIMA)
