Our manufacturing client based in Plymouth are looking for an experienced Commercial Accountant. You will be providing the Operations and Board with strong financial analysis to help guide & evaluate business decisions.
The successful candidate must have extensive ERP system experience, along with exceptional communications skills to be able to present financial data to both non-financial and financial stakeholders.
Duties:
- Production of Management Accounts in accordance with agreed timetables and format
- Month End Stock and WIP
- Produce Profit & Loss / Balance Sheets
- Support budget holders in reviewing and collating efficiency & value for money
- Produce Business Plans and Financial Modelling for manufacturing
- Complete relevant business cases including project appraisals.
- Support the production of statutory accounts
- Provide support to audits as and when necessary
- Effectively line manage direct reports within the team
Candidate:
- ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified
- Must have experience and understanding of stock systems
- Experience of tendering and procurement procedures
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems
