Chief Finance Officer

We are working with £50m T/O consumer goods group who, having recently been acquired and received significant investment, require a high calibre CFO.

The role reports to the CEO and as a member of the Exec Leadership Team it will work alongside the Commercial, Design and Operations to deliver its strategies which involve investing to create a best in class UK  footprint, delivering margin enhancement, better integrated systems and an improved warehousing infrastructure.

The role will have complete responsibility and accountability for the finance function, with 3 direct reports it will manage a team of 6 across 2 sites.

Applicants must be qualified, have a track record of successful leadership and board level involvement as well as ideally have blend of corporate and entrepreneurial exposure gained within the retail or consumer goods sectors.

The successful candidate will be an individual who can demonstrate a strong technical skill set, but most importantly is proactive, highly commercial, a confident communicator and demonstrates a ‘can-do’ attitude.
